Hira Kohli, MD is an established Family Medicine Physician in the Atlanta area for many years. Dr. Kohli completed her residency in Family Medicine at Warren Hospital – UMDNJ in New Jersey, and a Fellowship in Geriatrics at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She was the Chief Resident of the Family Practice Residency Program.

Dr. Kohli has received the Best Intern Award in 2004 and the Best Resident Award in 2007. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Kohli practices evidence based medicine with special interest in Adolescent Medicine, Women’s Health , Patient Education, Preventive Medicine, Diabetes, Depression, Anemia, Hypertension (high blood pressure),Gout, High Cholesterol, Bladder infections, Menopause, Osteoporosis, and Arthritis.

Dr. Kohli participates in community health and has given several lectures on patient awareness regarding common health issues. Dr. Kohli believes in providing quality care for her patients and is experienced in providing care from newborn to the end of life – the complete spectrum of Family Medicine.

Dr. Kohli and her husband, Ravi, live in Johns Creek with their son. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Dr. Kohli joined Bostock Family Medicine in 2014.
